UCS Healthcare SMS Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 12, 2026
1. SMS Messaging Program
UCS Healthcare offers optional SMS text messaging to individuals who request and consent to receive communications from us. Messages may relate to customer care inquiries, appointment scheduling and reminders, callbacks, billing assistance, and other requested support.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you request to receive text messages from UCS Healthcare about the services described above.
Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of receiving healthcare services. Submitting an opt-in request does not activate messaging until the request has been verified and accepted.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with UCS Healthcare, appointment activity, and requests for assistance.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and wireless plan. UCS Healthcare is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to a UCS Healthcare text message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent under that messaging program unless you opt in again.
6. Help and Support
Reply HELP to a UCS Healthcare text message for assistance, or contact UCS Healthcare at 515-280-3860.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
UCS Healthcare respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging may not be fully secure. Please do not send sensitive medical information, Social Security numbers, or financial account details by SMS. UCS Healthcare may direct you to a more secure communication method when appropriate.
For more information, please review our
Privacy Policy.
8. Carrier and Delivery Information
Message delivery is subject to mobile carrier availability and network conditions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to These Terms
UCS Healthcare may update these SMS Terms & Conditions. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting consent may require renewed consent.
