COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

March 18, 2020

Updated 06/11/20

To our UCS Healthcare patients and our community:

During this time of global response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the team at UCS Healthcare is doing everything we can to continue to provide services to our patients. Our team members that can work from home are doing so and we are implementing extra rigorous cleaning and sanitizing measures in all of our locations.

In order to continue providing our services, we need everyone - patients, family members, suppliers and vendors - to cooperate with our guidelines moving forward to ensure everyone's safety. The goal is to minimize people coming into our lobbies as much as possible while still providing our services.

Beginning 3/30/20, we will implement telehealth to use an online meeting technology called Zoom for all group therapy sessions for Substance Use Disorder. Click here for a schedule of online group sessions.

Beginning 4/1/20, we will use telehealth on Zoom for all individual counseling/therapy sessions, new patient assessments and medical appointments pending delivery of needed technology equipment.

Through the Zoom virtual meeting platform, we will be able to assist you with many of your needed services. Your counselor/therapist or medical provider will help you get set up on Zoom through your cell phone, tablet, smartphone or computer. Contact us at 515-280-3860 with questions.

You will need to complete our telehealth consent form for these services. The signed form must be emailed or mailed to UCS Healthcare.
