Relapse Prevention

Think of Relapse Prevention as a refresher course or continuing education for individuals in recovery. Relapse Prevention is a four-week education and awareness group designed to assist individuals in identifying triggers, avoiding high-risk behaviors and environments, and developing a relapse prevention plan for a successful future. This group accepts patients by referral only. Contact us for a schedule of Relapse Prevention sessions.

What to Know About Relapse Prevention at UCS Healthcare:

• This group is not covered by third-party insurance or Medicaid.
• The cost is $125 and is due at the program's start.
• Please arrive 30 minutes before your first Relapse Prevention weekly group session to complete the necessary paperwork.
• No appointment is necessary to attend; however, a referral is needed. It's a good idea to call us at 515-280-3860 to ensure we've received your referral before you come in.
