SAGE
S.A.G.E. Program
(Substance Abuse Group Education)
The SAGE Program is a four week
educational curriculum on substance abuse.
A client needs to attend all 4 sessions.
The SAGE class meets on Thursday evenings from 530 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A UA will be taken from the client at the beginning of the first and last class with the last one being observed. A client whose UA is not clean will be allowed to start the program however successful completion of the program requires the UA taken at the last class be free of all substances. Clients are not successfully discharged from SAGE if the second UA test is not “CLEAN.”
Clients are required to arrive at least a half hour early for the first and last class so that all UA’s can be taken prior to class.
When attending the first class the client will sign an information/release paper that will allow us to send the discharge summary to the proper authorities (Referral Source, Probation Officer, DHS, etc.)
It is the clients’ responsibility to give us accurate and complete information.
COST
The cost of your SAGE classes is $125.00, $65.00 of this mustbe paid on or before the first class session, any balance mustbe paid by your final session.

- Addiction, Relapse & The Brain
- Methamphetamine/Cocaine
- Alcohol
- Marijuana
