Relapse Prevention is a four week education and awareness group designed to assist individuals in identifying triggers, avoiding high risk behaviors and environments, and developing a relapse prevention plan for a successful substance-free future.
Group is held every MONDAY 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. (Individual sessions as needed)

COST: $125.00 ($65 due at the first group & $60 due by the 4th group.)
*You will not be able to start group until the initial $65 payment is paid.
Payment Forms accepted: Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit/Debit Card
NO MEDICAID, INSURANCE or ATR accepted
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first group in order to complete the necessary paperwork. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
*Discharge confirmation will only be sent to necessary parties upon full payment of group fee.
