Polk County In-Custody Treatment Program

The Polk County In-Custody Treatment Program is a 120 day Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program located within the Polk County Jail. It currently serves 64 men. The program utilizes a cognitive behavioral curriculum by Hazeldon focusing on Criminal and Addictive Thinking, Relapse Prevention, Socialization, Drug and Alcohol Education, and Release and Reintegration.

All clients MUST be court ordered to complete the entire Jail Program and must be probation eligible upon completion of the 120 day program to continue with Aftercare services.

There is no cost to clients for the 120 day portion of treatment.

Monday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Tuesday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. 1:30 - 3:30 p.m.
Wednesday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  
Thursday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  
Friday 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  

 

 

 

 

 

Individual Sessions scheduled on an individual basis.

Upon completion of the 120 day program, clients are released from custody and participate in Post-Jail treatment (Continuing Care) for up to 8 months.
