Continuing Care
Level 1.0
Entry into the Continuing Care program is based off referral information, counselor’s clinical judgment and client statements on what is best for them. Continuing Care offers further support following successful completion of an outpatient program.
Group Treatment: (One day per week) *Individual sessions as needed
Clients may select to attend one of the following:
| Monday | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. |
| Monday | 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. |
| Tuesday | 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. |
| Wednesday | 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. |
Successful Completion is based on client and counselor determination of how many groups is needed to make a successful transition into their recovery environment.
No discharge verification paperwork will be released until client outstanding balance has been settled.
